Pasta Vongole

To give yourself maximum energy during the menstrual phase, it's advisable to eat a rich, balanced diet. Wholemeal pasta is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6, and clams are rich in iron. They prevent anemia.

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg vongole shells
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g wholemeal pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • chili flakes

Instructions :

  • Chop the garlic cloves and parsley stalks finely and put them in a hot pan with some olive oil. Sprinkle over a generous pinch of salt, pepper and dried chili flakes. Let everything cook until the aroma is released.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  • Add the vongole shells to the pan with oil, put the lid on and shake everything together.
  • After 3-4 minutes, the shells will start to open. Keep shaking the pan until they are all opened. Now remove the pan from the heat.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it well with the shells. Finish with some finely chopped parsley.
