The new year is just around the corner, and for many of us, that means it’s time for reflection and setting goals. But what if we left behind traditional resolutions and chose an approach that truly works? Morgane Leten, founder of Guud Woman, shares her personal list of changes she plans to implement in 2025. 12 Things I Want to Adjust This Year

1. Improve my bedtime routine by stopping work on time. Instead of mindless scrolling, I aim to relax by reading before bed. Good sleep creates a domino effect on the rest of your life, which is why this is my top priority.

2. Drink less coffee, replacing it with matcha or a raw cacao drink. While coffee gives you energy, these alternatives are more nourishing and gentler on your body. Read also: The Impact of Coffee on Your Hormones.

3. Take more active breaks during work hours. Walking or a quick stretching session helps me maintain focus and energy.

4. Practice gratitude exercises. Taking a moment daily to write down what I am grateful for, no matter how small, helps cultivate a positive mindset.

5. Doing brain dumps. When my head feels too full of to-do's, I write everything down. It can be incredibly relieving! Some people prefer to do this before going to bed, while others like to do it in the morning. Find what works best for you.

6. Plan self-care by occasionally booking a massage or a sauna visit. It could also be getting my nails done or going to the hairdresser. There are plenty of options – it’s just about planning them in.

7. Spend more time with friends. Starting a business and managing a family have pushed my social life to the background. It’s time to find balance and reconnect with the people I care about.

8. Stop people-pleasing by saying ‘no’ more often. This creates space for the things that truly matter and prevents me from overcommitting.

9. Experiment in the kitchen. Try new recipes that are not only delicious but also nourishing. Discover all our recipes here.

10. Plan an analog Saturday. A day without screens to truly enjoy the moment, spend time with family, be outdoors, and connect with friends.

11. Start creative projects. Dedicate time to painting, writing, or trying something new that stimulates my creative mind.
