Salad - Beetroot and Feta

Ingredients :
- 500 grams beetroot
- 75 grams arugula salad
- 50 grams of feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- juice of ½ lemon
- pepper and salt
- oregano
- walnuts
Instructions :
- For the dressing, combine olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and oregano and mix well.
- Cut the beetroot into pieces and place in a bowl on top of the arugula salad.
- Chop a handful of walnuts and crumble them over the salad, along with the feta cheese.
- Pour the homemade dressing over the salad to finish it.
Tip :
Add sesame seeds and sunflower seeds to the salad for extra flavor.
