I was looking for a good, complete and herbal multivitamin that supports hormone balance and found Guud via Instagram. As recommended, I wanted to give it three months and I can say with certainty that it works! My period was already regular, but I often suffered from spotting just before my period. This is now a thing of the past and my period not only starts immediately, but is also less severe (was not always so with a copper IUD). I have also noticed that my PMS is less severe and I experience fewer symptoms. In terms of acne, I don't experience much difference, but I already have my skincare routine for that. I also like the fact that it contains many vitamins, which I need anyway with my plant-based lifestyle. So a perfect all-rounder, highly recommended!

Guud Flow contains 500 mcg of Quatrefolic® per capsule, a biologically available form of folate.
Folic acid is the synthetic form of vitamin B9, which must be converted by the body into the active form (5-MTHF) before it can be effectively used. This conversion process may be less efficient for some people. Quatrefolic® is a form of 5-MTHF that is already in its active state and can therefore be directly absorbed and utilized by the body.
The use of Quatrefolic® can be particularly beneficial for individuals whose conversion of folic acid is less efficient. This makes it a well-absorbed option for those who need extra support, for example, during pregnancy, when a minimum intake of 400 mcg of folate is recommended.
Our supplements don't work like medication. Instead of changing something in your body, they are actually going to support normal balance and function. So if you don’t exceed the recommended dosage, they are safe to take and are not going to impact or negate the effect of medication.
If you are pregnant, you should avoid taking more than than 3000 ug/per day of Vitamin A. However, in Guud Flow there is 800ug.
For best results, we recommend taking our supplements in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle: a varied diet, stress-busting routines, exercise, low/no alcohol, and lots of happy times.
Our supplements are created with research-informed ingredient combinations, scientifically proven to tackle the hormone-related complaints many women face. Our ingredients are all linked to official health claims so that women can support their cycle and health.
There are several factors that determine how long it takes for a supplement to start working. A balanced diet and lifestyle is the starting point. In addition, your body may also have certain nutrient deficiencies. The less they are present in your body, the longer it takes before you notice whether something 'starts working'. If there is a greater deficiency of a particular nutrient, it will take longer for the level of that nutrient to normalize.
We have formulated the supplements to ensure you don’t consume too much of one ingredient, meaning they’re safe to take all 4 (Flow, Glow, Inside & Vibes) together without exceeding the daily recommended amount of certain vitamins and minerals. Limit the intake of extra zinc via a zinc supplement (10 mg and above) to a few weeks or months.
Ideally yes. We recommend you take your supplements with a meal, not on an empty stomach to avoid gastrointestinal problems. Swallow them with water and not with coffee. Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take them with coffee.
Our supplements are as natural as possible. We use Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) for our capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin. Hydroxypropyl cellulose is derived from wood cellulose.
In many dietary supplements, you will find silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. These substances are used to fill the capsules better and whiten the capsules. We do not use silicon and titanium dioxide because EFSA (European Food & Safety Agency) no longer considers these substances safe due to their negative influence on the genetic material (genotoxicity).
We offer a natural alternative using rice concentrate, starch, and transparent HPMC capsules.
That's why you will find very few additives in our products!
