Cauliflower, often underestimated, is in fact an invaluable health ally, especially during the premenstrual phase. It is a good ally for intestinal health and, by regulating hormones, it helps to ward off the sometimes unpleasant premenstrual symptoms (cramps, acne, moodiness, etc.). This easy-to-cook vegetable is an effective way of improving your well-being during this period of your cycle.
Ingredients :
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- paprika powder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the cauliflower into thin slices of 2-3 cm.
- For the marinade, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tarragon, chili flakes, minced garlic, paprika, sesame seeds, salt and pepper together.
- Place the thin slices of cauliflower on the baking tray and brush with the marinade.
- Bake the cauliflower in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve with sweet potato and a fresh salad.
