Cod - Curry & Coconut

This recipe of cod, curry and coconut is not only tasty but also a nutritious choice that combines a balance of protein, healthy fatty acids, antioxidants and essential nutrients. This tasty and exotic dish is recommended for your health.

Ingredients :

  • 350 g cod fillet
  • curry paste
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 300 g wild rice
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 1 cm of ginger

Instructions :

  • Finely chop the ginger, garlic, onion and red bell pepper
  • Melt coconut oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic, red pepper and onion until translucent.
  • Add the curry paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add the coconut milk and cook all this for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the fish into coarse pieces and place in the sauce. Let the fish cook for 5 minutes (without boiling the sauce).
  • Serve with wild rice and parsley.
